On a tropical island, the best thing to do is enjoy the beautiful surroundings and Out of Office provides the perfect backyard oasis. Relax poolside on a chaise lounger or hammock while your family plays in the heated pool and spa. Out of Office features a backyard playground with unlimited choices for your entertainment. This amazing home offers a heated lagoon pool and spa, outdoor TV, putt-putt golf, video games, air hockey, ping pong, cornhole and more!

While the luxurious private yard is truly a highlight of this home, the inside will not disappoint. The spacious living room offers comfortable seating for family movie or game nights. At dinner time take your pick of the formal dining area with seating for 6 or head out to the spacious patio with dining table overlooking the pool. There is no shortage of indoor/outdoor space. You will have your choice of 3 different patios and balconies for enjoying the salt air breeze.

Your family can spread out and take their pick of one of three bedrooms offering a range of sleeping options. There are 2 king bedrooms, a guest room for the kids with bunk beds and twin trundle beds, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Every bedroom has its own TV. Two full bathrooms, one ensuite with a walk-in shower and one with a tub, complete the upper level of this home.

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

A note about “hot tubs” and “spas”

Please be aware that the advertised hot tub and/or spa is a section of pool that circulates water from the pool with relaxing jets and warm temperatures. This type of hot tub is powered by an electric heater and will usually reach temps in the high 90s, or more, depending on the outside air temperature. Spas do not run continuously and may not achieve the high temps of a standalone or commercial hot tub. Spas do not heat automatically when not in use. To activate the spa and begin the heating process you must turn it on with the control panel and wait 30-45 minutes for the maximum temperature to be reached. The spa will turn off automatically but you can push the button again to reactivate it. As with all pool and spa heat, at times when the ambient temperature drops too low (50’s and 60’s) the heaters will be unable to operate.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

We do not accept reservations from any guests under the age of 25. The primary guest will be required to provide proof of age and must occupy the rental home for the duration of the reservation.

This home provides off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles.
