When you rent Seahorse and Starfish you will have this entire 4 bedroom 4 bath duplex to yourself. Plenty of room for up to 14 adults and children to enjoy and yet still have private spaces to retreat to. Both of these units feature the same beautiful open concept layout with tastefully updated furnishings. This gorgeous home is also complete with a tropical backyard, private heated pool and spa, picnic table, and chaise loungers and chairs.

Take the elevator or steps up to the second and third floors where dreamy paradise awaits. Each great room is light and airy, with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. The second and third floor living rooms each offer a new full size sleeper sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements. There are 2 decks/lanais overlooking the backyard and pool. From the third floor lanai you may catch peeks of the gulf and definitely enjoy a gulf breeze while you relax with coffee or a cocktail.

The chef in the family will appreciate both the modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and breakfast bar. There is plenty of room to dine in either unit, as well as outdoors at the picnic table down by the pool. After dinner walk just 95 steps to the beautiful white sand beach and take in the spectacular Gulf of Mexico sunsets.

All four bedrooms in this thoughtfully designed home are styled with luxury crisp linens, coastal decor and ample closet space. Each floor boasts a master suite with king bed and ensuite bathroom. These bathrooms also feature both a therapeutic jetted soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom on each floor features two twin over full bunk beds and hallway access to the guest bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Take the elevator back down to the ground floor for the ultimate convenience - no need to carry groceries up and down stairs! In the garage you will find plenty of supplies for the beach such as chairs, wagon and umbrellas. Head for the beach, just steps away, or explore the beauty of the island from this perfect location. Centrally located between Bradenton Beach and Holmes Beach you can easily navigate the area without having to step foot into your car by catching the free island trolley. Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

We do not accept reservations from any guests under the age of 25. The primary guest will be required to provide proof of age and must occupy the rental home for the duration of the reservation.

This home provides off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles.
